Opportunity awaits you at the new Helotes Gallery in Old Town Helotes Texas. In February 2019 we will open our 2500 square foot gallery in the historic “Cowboy Boarding House” building featuring fine art, fun art, artists pop-up studio/galleries, teaching space and a wonderful setting.

Here is how it works…

Our team of professional partners work the gallery and sell the art so artists can spend time doing what they do best, creating wonderful art. There will be a small sales commission on sold work and a reasonable monthly fee for display space.

 

We are fine art and fun art….

We understand and appreciate that our customers seek outstanding art in a variety of forms, styles and substances. Our goal is to offer a diverse selection of art in various sections of the gallery. Our central gallery room houses fine art originals while our side gallery areas house unique, fun and eclectic art.

We value our patrons and our artists….

Our customers want an art experience. Artists often want to showcase what they do and how they do it. There is nothing more exciting to an art patron than to see an artist at work. Helotes Gallery offers small pop-up gallery/studios where artists can work display and sell their art, creating a fun artist/patron interactive atmosphere. We invite our artists to demo art on our expansive covered porch and to teach in our classroom. Helotes Gallery will host special art events planned through-out the year like “Paint Helotes” where we exhibit the finished often wet art works in our gallery.

We are part of the community….

Helotes is growing and has a diverse population of both young and old. The City is pleased with our arrival and the surrounding businesses are our friends. Helotes Creek Winery is at our backdoor and will partner with us for many events. A salon and interior design shop are across the back alley. Helotes Cafe is to one side and an event center and pub to the other side. B-Daddy’s BBQ is just across the street near the antique store. John T. Floore’s Country Store features top country artists and has exciting venues weekly. The City sponsors a market day once a month, jazz festivals, chili cook-off, and a variety of other activities throughout the year… all at our front door. San Antonio is conveniently located just 20 minutes down the street.
