Acrylic Pour Class – The Garden

Come to Helotes Gallery and create a one of kind acrylic paint pour that looks like a garden of flowers.  We will create an 11x14 canvas pour using colorful acrylic paint, skewers, and balloons.  I will also discuss tools for cutting glass and applying it to the canvas if you want after it dries for a few days.  In addition, I will discuss the resin product I use after applying the glass.  All materials are included (canvas, paints, balloons and skewers) along with a detailed list of paints and materials used so you can create more on your own.  This will be an informal and fun class.

Cindy Gatlin, the owner of Glass³ Art Studio, is a native of San Antonio, Texas.  After a successful career in Banking and Communications, Cindy was able to devote her time developing her true artistic passion.  She is a self-taught artist and after trying several different art mediums throughout the years, discovered the mixed media of glass on canvas.  It inspired her to create beautiful pieces of art, teaching others including her daughter Lauren who will be assisting Cindy in this class.
